Embodying Mindful Compassion
Therapeutic Skills and Practice Group
An 8-week group series for adults who struggle with self-criticism, worry and/or shame. Learn skills for fostering emotional healing, resiliency and growth through somatic mindfulness and compassion-focused practices.

Somatic Support & Process Group
A somatic support & process group for women, femmes and non-binary folk who are seeking ways to foster and deepen connection to themselves and others. Each session incorporates somatic embodiment practices inspired by Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, yoga and mindfulness. Practices include movement, breathwork, meditation, education, journaling, discussion/sharing.
